Highly flexible training with your own body weight

If you have always wanted to feel like a “Ninja Warrior”, you should definitely take a look at our “Functional Area”.

Our 6m long monkey bar is complemented by an artificial turf track with a mobile weight sled and offers ample space for additional training options with battle ropes, wall balls, kettlebells, boxing or squat racks.

Functional training is considered particularly gentle on the joints and, due to the activation of multiple muscle groups, is an extremely effective form of training. Coordination, bodyweight training, and balance open the door to a whole new world of fitness training.
