Muscular imbalances and tightness affect us daily.

Back pain, tension, or headaches are almost impossible to avoid due to the increasing number of sedentary activities combined with psychological stressors. Our health clubs feature special mobility equipment as a central element of every form of training. This positively counteracts these risk factors in a very short time and specifically trains muscle chains to their original length. Just 10 minutes a week leads to rapid improvement. Even experienced athletes from various disciplines repeatedly confirm the enormous improvements that can be achieved with regular muscle length training.
